This is the corporate entity that operates the Own A Casino partnership programme and the casinos behind it (Wickedbet, EvoJacks, Betarama). For any privacy enquiry, email support@ownacasino.io.

What this covers

This privacy policy applies to information you submit through the website at ownacasino.io, including the application form at /apply. It does NOT cover the player-facing casinos we operate (those have their own policies on their own domains).

What we collect

Application form data: name, email, optional Telegram handle, website or audience description, segment, anticipated jurisdiction, your free-text pitch, and the marketing-consent checkbox state.
Attribution data: referrer URL and UTM parameters from your inbound link, captured to the lead record.
Analytics: aggregated page-view data through a privacy-light analytics provider. No third-party tracking cookies, no Google Analytics on this site.
Server logs: standard request logs (IP, timestamp, user agent), retained for security and abuse detection.

Why we collect it

To respond to your application and run the qualification process.
To prevent abuse of the application form (spam, fraudulent submissions).
To understand which marketing channels send qualified leads.

Our legal basis for processing your application data is legitimate interest in conducting B2B sales conversations with people who proactively applied. You can object to processing at any time by emailing the address below.

How long we keep it

Application records are retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask for earlier deletion. UTM and attribution data is retained indefinitely as business-relevant performance data, but is dissociated from your personal data after the 24-month retention period ends.

Who can see it

A small named team (sales operations and a small number of senior staff). Application data is not sold, shared, or made available to advertisers. We use one operational tool to route and log applications internally; that tool processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

Your rights

If you are in a jurisdiction with applicable data-protection law (UK GDPR, EU GDPR, similar), you have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request erasure (subject to legal retention obligations).
Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Withdraw consent (where consent is the legal basis).

Where your data lives

Application data is processed and stored in our infrastructure, which is hosted in multiple regions for redundancy. We do not transfer your data to third parties outside our operational tooling.

Minors

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted an application, contact us and we will delete the record immediately.

Changes to this policy

Material changes will be posted at the top of this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

What we set
